We turn research ideas and R&D capabilities into competitive project proposals for public funding (i.e.: Horizon Europe, Horizon 2020, Eurostars), providing top-level project proposals design service.
- Strategic Development of a new project idea and/or its adaptation to a suitable funding scheme.
- Project Planning and Design (Defining the scientific and technical content; Defining workpackages, tasks and timings, risk analysis, describing the dissemination plan, the potential impact, IPR policy, Ethics and exploitation of project results; Designing the project budget; Supporting in the planning of clinical trials and data management…)
- Engagement and Involvement of partners and stakeholders. Building the optimal consortium of partners and contractual framework. Coordination of contributions from the different project partners.
- Structuring the Project and developing appropriate management structures.
- Compliance Check with EC evaluation criteria. Critical review of the draft proposal by external evaluators.
- Completing the administrative forms and Submitting the Application.
- Preparing the Pitch Presentation and training pitching skills (if applicable)
