RESEARCH FUNDING AND EXPLOITATION
Refine, develop, and transform your initial research concept into a compelling and comprehensive international research project. This series of workshops will guide you through every crucial stage, from validating your idea to forging partnerships with leading research and innovation institutions, wisely executing your project and, ultimately, ensuring the project's results are impactful and sustainable.

This course will explain how to approach project design and funding proposal development, from the initial idea to the complete work plan and associated budget. We'll also discuss the most effective methods and practices for finding partners and creating consortia.

Management of EU R&D projects
This course will guide you through the different project phases (grant award, start-up, monitoring, justifications, and closure), explaining the steps to follow in each and highlighting the various control, monitoring, and reporting mechanisms and tools needed at each step.
Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation of R&D and Innovation results
This course will teach you how to create an impact strategy for communicating, disseminating, and exploiting your research results, highlighting the appropriate channels, media, and platforms. We'll also cover key aspects of effective science communication and the rules and guidelines for publishing data and results. Additionally, we'll delve into the world of intellectual property rights management in R&D, illustrating how to address it in collaborative projects.
